2048 TWO KILOBYTES

The native name of this flash game is Party 2048, but it doesn't correspond to this name at all, so we decided to call a spade a spade. The game is about numbers, or rather about twos and their sums. In front of you is a playing field of sixteen cells — a square of four rows of four cells each. During the game, the square is filled with chips, with numbers plotted on them that are multiples of two. The mechanics of the chips allow you to move them all around the square at the same time up, down, right or left.

Interacting with each other, neighboring chips with the same numbers merge into one new one with a number equal to the sum of the merged chips. Thus, two twos form one four, two fours form an eight, two eights form a 16, and so on. Your task is to make sure that at least one chip with the number 2048 appears in the square. This task is very difficult, believe me. Its solution depends not only on luck (chips with new twos in the square appear after each move in random places), but also on competent tactics and the ability to plan moves.
