This must be done in such a way that the arrow fired falls strictly into the rope on which the victim is hanging. By breaking the rope in time, you will save the innocent hanged man. If you are late or, God forbid, miss, then the unfortunate person will part with his soul. Be sharp and fast and you will save the innocent.
