HOUSE OF CARDS

Here is a kind of solitaire-constructor, where you need to fold a house of cards according to certain rules.

The construction of a map house, as, in fact, structures in reality, begins with the lower floor, which can be called the foundation. It is clear that this part of the building should be the most durable. Therefore, to build it, it is preferable to use pairs of cards that add up to the maximum number of points (21, 20, 19...). These pairs are stacked in a tent and placed on the designated positions. The foundation is covered with single cards of any value and does not affect the strength of the structure.

The second floor is built from pairs of cards, the sum of points of which is slightly less than that of the fundamental ones. If you build a section on the top floor (a tent made of a pair of cards) that has more points than the same section on the floor below, the structure will collapse.

Subsequent floors are built on the same principle. The roof closes the building — one section of a pair of maps.

How to count points. Ace: 1 or 11, King, Queen, Jack — 10, numerical ranks are equal to their nominal values. The strongest pair is an Ace and 10 or an Ace and a picture, it is equal to 21 points. That is, scoring is like blackjack. After building a house on the first level, continue on the second, only the task will be more difficult (more floors).
