RULES AND FEATURES
Golf is considered both a simple and challenging solitaire game. Its simplicity lies in the map layout scheme and the rules for disassembling it. The difficulty is that it doesn't converge very often, because it depends more on the initial layout than on the player's actions. Similar to Golf can be called solitaire Three Peaks, the only difference is in the layout configuration.
Are you familiar with the older-younger principle? Let's explain. It is on this principle that this solitaire game is analyzed. At the start, you will see seven columns of five cards each on the table. This is the volume that needs to be disassembled, that is, all these cards must be demolished to the base (slot in the lower-right corner).
To start disassembly, you need to put a card from the rest of the deck on the base (bottom left). So, click on the deck and get a card in the base slot. Next, look for a card of any suit that differs in rank by one from the current base card on the table. If the base has, say, a nine, then you need to look for a 10-ku or 8-ku. In borderline cases (ace - deuce), the pass-through rule applies. That is, you can put an ace on the deuce, and a deuce on the last one, respectively.
A subtle point about the king and ace moves. If the Ace-King option is enabled (the button at the bottom of the center), then you can put a king on the ace, and an ace on the king. Well, if this option is disabled (by default, and this complicates the game), then such shifts are not possible.
In this implementation of Golf Solitaire, an infinite step-by-step cancellation of moves works. To cancel a move, just click on the database. Time in the game is not counted and does not expire — there is no timer. But with the scaling of the game space, things are bad. It has a fixed size: 900 by 600 pixels and does not adjust (alas!) under the current screen size. However, this size easily fits into the screen resolutions of most modern devices. Although on some smartphones, the image will be cropped.
Among the advantages, it is also worth noting the small size of the game and, accordingly, its fast loading even with slow Internet.
