The Eternal City wasn't built in a day. The most powerful power of antiquity went through centuries of bloody wars and put a lot of work (mostly slave labor) to create a developed civilization.
In this strategy game, you will have to follow the path of the Romans to create a great empire, the image of which will survive the centuries and which will become a symbol and prototype of all empires in general.
As the Emperor of the Roman Empire, on the strategic map, the player must manage regions, i.e. regulate tax policy, build buildings and hire legions. The latter here serve not only as an army, but also as diplomats to communicate with the tribes. Barbarians can be made tributaries or attached to Rome. Not everyone wants to become a part of the Empire, so you will have to prove this right with fire and sword on the tactical battle map.
