WHERE DID TIME STOP?

There is a small town with a clock tower. For several decades, this clock shows the reference time for city residents. The townspeople got used to them and checked the readings of their clocks against the hands on the tower every day. And then, one day, the clock stopped. Inside, the time-worn mechanism broke down. There is an urgent need to repair the city's chronometer, and all the residents, as one, are rushing to help the watchmakers do this.

Your task is to do this as quickly as possible, because the speed of the search depends on the opinion that is formed about you. You will act on behalf of partners Rosi and Larry. The citizens who come to you complain about the feeling of being lost in time. While the clock on the tower stands, time seems to have stopped, they complain.
