PIRATE TETRIS

Classic Tetris is so called because the shapes consist of 4 (tetra) squares. This is exactly what you have in front of you! The width of the glass is 10 squares, which is also classic. When you clear a certain number of lines, you are transferred to the next level (see the current number in the LV column: to the right above the pirate). The figures in Tetris are multi-colored, which may seem convenient to some. But their color does not affect the layout ability in any way. When laying shapes and deleting lines, only their geometry is taken into account.

Let's remind you the rules of the game. So, you need to orient the figures falling into the glass during the flight so that when they land, they take the most advantageous position. The goal of the game is to remove lines. Each row filled with shapes or their fragments is immediately deleted. Points are awarded for this. You can play indefinitely. A stopcock is an overflow of the glass. In the game, sooner or later, there comes a time when the player stops having time to arrange the pieces in optimal places, and they simply fill up the glass, overflowing it. As soon as at least one piece does not fit into the container, the game ends.

In this pirate interpretation of Tetris, some figures have bombs embedded in them, which helps the player, because when they explode, they destroy several figures around them, freeing up space.

There is also one problem, annoying, but solvable. The fact is that when playing on a PC, when you press the keys (right, left, etc.), the entire page reacts to them and, of course, scrolls in the direction indicated by the key. The shape that you are trying to move with the buttons does not obey you at all, but falls where it needs to go. To eliminate this annoying misunderstanding, it is necessary at the very beginning of the game, as soon as the first piece began to fall, RIGHT-click and then LEFT-click on the playing field. After this strange but simple procedure, the game begins to respond adequately to the buttons, and you can safely play.
